This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it, in plain language.
Photos and video frames you upload are sent to AI providers (currently Anthropic and Google Cloud Vision) solely to identify items and estimate their value. They are stored so your listings work across devices. We do not sell your photos or use them to train our own models.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
If you connect a marketplace account (such as eBay), we store the access tokens needed to publish listings on your behalf, encrypted at rest. We never store marketplace passwords. Our browser extension operates only in your own logged-in session, receives only the listing being published, and never collects credentials.
We share data only with the processors that make the product work: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and Google (AI analysis). We do not sell personal data to anyone.
You can export or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@clicklisted.com. Deleting your account removes your items, photos, and listings from our systems within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons.
